Returns and Warranty Policy

All returns must be accompanied by a receipt and requested within 30 days of purchase.
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of sale provided it is unused, in new condition, and in original packaging.

The following items are non-returnable:

• Special order items
• Clearance items
• Custom work

A calibration and restocking fee of $75 or 15% (whichever is greater) will apply to returns of lasers, optics, or smart levels.

All returns are subject to approval by Kalispell Copy and Blue, Inc.

Custom Work & Services
Printing, custom signs, engraving, design services, and any other custom work or labor are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for final proof approval of all layouts and designs. Any changes requested after production has begun may result in additional charges.

Warranty Information
Kalispell Copy and Blue, Inc. does not offer warranties, express or implied. Defective or malfunctioning items are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. We are happy to assist in facilitating warranty repairs or exchanges; however, over-the-counter replacements or exchanges cannot be guaranteed.
