All returns MUST be accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of sale.
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of sale if it is still in the original packing and in new conditions.
No returns on special orders or clearance items.
A 15% restocking fee, minimum of $75, will be charged on any laser, optic, or smart level returns.

No returns on printing, design work or labor.  The customer is responsible for all final proofing of layouts and/or designs.
Please be aware if there are changes after production is started, the Customer will be charged accordingly.

Defective or malfunctioning items are subject to the Manufactures Warranty.  We will help facilitate any repairs or exchanges while under warranty, but cannot garantee an over the counter trade or exchange.
